目前，iPhone 6 和 iPhone 6 Plus 中的 A8芯片采用的是四核 GX6450 圖形處理芯片。iPad Air 2 中采用的是六核 GX6650 圖形處理芯片。新型 PowerVR 圖形架構(gòu)通常會在發(fā)布 18個月后出現(xiàn)在產(chǎn)品中，不過目前的 Series6XT 出現(xiàn)的非?？?，在2014年 CES 展會上發(fā)布，并出現(xiàn)在8個月后的 iPhone 6 和 6 Plus 設(shè)備中的 A8芯片上，這也暗示著明年蘋果的 A9 芯片將內(nèi)置 Series7XT 圖形技術(shù)。Imagination 最近幾年與蘋果的關(guān)系非常緊密，蘋果也是 Imagination 的重要投資者之一，2009年中期，蘋果將 Imagination 的股票增持至10%。
